Analysis Tools
Whoozy Agency uses Google Analytics and Cookies Notice (WordPress Plugin, by dFactory) and Yoast to collect personal and non-personally identifiable information when you visit our website. This is for analysis and statistics purposes. A user-based profile is not created. The use of Google Analystics is for the purpose of improving the quality and content of our websites. Through analysis cookies we learn how the website is used and so we can constantly optimize our offer for you.

Websites
When you visit our websites, access data is recorded Google Analytics. We record: Internet protocol, address / IP address, page from which the file was requested, date, time, browser type and operating system, page visited, data transfer.
We use this data to ensure the functionality of the website, to monitor traffic on our websites, to resolve technical issues, and to generate statistics that help us tailor our services to your needs. This is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Google Analytics
Whoozy Agency uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. “1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (” Google “). Your Legal Rights

We commit ourselves to data security within the framework of the applicable data protection laws. Due to the corporate structure, all companies of Agency have a legitimate interest in the transfer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. From time to time, Whoozy Agency employs third party contractors to collect personal data on our behalf to provide email delivery, product, or promotional fulfillment, contest administration, shipping or other services on our sites. Revocation / Deletion of your data
You have the right to correct or deleted data that you have entrusted with us at any time. Please send an e-mail to info@whoozy.agency to our data protection officer for requesting the deletion or correction of your account details. You can also make your inquiries by phone or post. We will gladly review, update or remove the information. We remind you that it is required to keep certain data for certain periods in order to settle disputes, enforce our technical and regulatory requirements. This data may only be deleted after periods of time specified by law.

Children
Protecting the privacy of children is particularly important to us. Whoozy Agency understands that parents, guardians or other adults often use our family services, including for use by minors. Whoozy Agency, taking into account the available technology, makes efforts to make sure that the parents have given their consent to children.
